We do our utmost to deliver all products to your satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with our products you can exchange or return your order within 14 days without complaining. After this time we cannot offer you a refund or return of the package.
Make sure that the item is returned in the same condition in which it is delivered and that it has no strange smells or damage to it. The package and any standard accessories of a product must be included in the package you return and the product must be able to resell on the market (without any damage or dirt).
We cannot offer a refund or exchange if the customer enters the wrong address, theft of the package from the home address or an item returned more than 14 days after delivery.
A return must be accompanied by a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
Once we have received your returned product the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 10 working days.
Do not send to the address on the parcel, this is not our own address, but that of our supplier. These packages can not be returned or retrieved. Always make sure that the parcel is sent to the address on the return form.
